We wore winter gear; you might get by with a little less in March. For finding the way, I'm not sure if you will think it easy or not- iirc the only tricky bit is climbing your way through the temple grounds and then heading up the hill at the back. After that it's easy - just a steep climb straight up to the ridge and down wherever you fancy.juleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02591920483149775255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097113747071900340.post-56992216234057106562015-02-18T06:59:43.697+00:002015-02-18T06:59:43.697+00:00Hi I'm trying to find information about this h...Hi I'm trying to find information about this hike, as I'm trying to find a moderate day hike to do while I'm in Tokyo in the near future. Could you tell me is this hike possible to do near the end of march or will it be too cold or snowy even? Do you know how long the trail is and how steep the climbing is? Is the trail well marked and easy to follow? Any help you could provide would be awesome. thanks! -MikeAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07068860094464379446noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097113747071900340.post-69446349659346589092012-02-20T04:17:40.145+00:002012-02-20T04:17:40.145+00:00It has been sometime I had an Asahi, I remember sp...It has been sometime I had an Asahi, I remember spending one year in Japan at Yamagata and almost every night or other night having Asahi beer except the winter which we had Sake in the company apartment. But truly the different seasons of Japanese temples are great places to find peace, and not just the temple but the environment and steps leading to the temple; one can find true inner peace, in my opinion ! <br />Thank you for that memory !黄清华 Wong Ching Wahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07059967570931100163noreply@blogger.com
